Mr. Alexis Roberts is a devoted father of four with several years of experience in law enforcement, youth counseling and mentoring.

Alexis had a complex childhood.  He never met his mother and his father was involved in a high crime lifestyle.  As a result of his upbringing, he bounced around from house to house which exposed him to various forms of trauma including mental, physical, and sexual abuse.  Through overcoming these experiences, Alexis made a promise to himself that he would help others that were victims of injustice.

Early in his professional life, Alexis began a temporary career in law enforcement before working for one of the country’s largest mega churches as a funding and youth director.  Deciding he wanted to return to law enforcement, he went on to earn several awards, commendations, and letters of acknowledgement for outstanding service as a field training officer and as one of the top undercover drug agents in his division.

As his career took off, Alexis noticed that certain people within the community and even other law enforcement officers were not treated ethically in the department where he was employed.  He decided to take a stand against the immoral, unethical, and racial inequality he saw there.  Consequently, Alexis is now a motivational speaker and advocate for victims of abuse in the workplace and community. 

Alexis has a passion for motivating people to overcome obstacles to become their personal best. Helping people to form and maintain healthy relationships, standing up for the rights of those that do not have a voice, and protecting victims of any form of abuse are the foundation of his platform.  His main objective is to change society for the sake of his children and grandchildren.

In his free time, Alexis enjoys spending time with his two daughters and two sons.
